Professional golfer Tiger Woods has been arrested in Florida on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. According to the New York Post, Mr. Woods refused a breathalyzer test (which in Texas, would likely result in a suspension of his driver’s license). There is no indication of whether the police got a search warrant to compel a blood sample from Mr. Woods for blood alcohol testing.
